    Once the booking, rate, and mileage have been confirmed via text, you will receive a contract and policy document through DocuSign, sent to your email.

What are the requirements to book a rental? (Refer to the Car Rental Agreement and Policy tab)

- Individual must be 21 years of age. (Underage fee will apply if not older than 25 years of age).

- Individual must have a valid driver's license.

- Individual must have valid full coverage insurance.

- $1000 security deposit, refunded after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no damages.

What are the business hours for rentals?

Car rental pickup and droppoff hours are from 6 A.M. to 8 P.M.

What forms of payment are accepted?

- We accept all major forms of payment, including credit card, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Cash for your convenience. Payment will be made upon vehicle pickup.

Deposit requirement?

- $1000 security deposit, refunded after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no damages.

- Deposit will be processed and refunded in 2-3 business days.

Can additional miles be purchased before booking?

Yes, additional miles may be purchased before booking. Purchasing extra miles before booking will result in a discounted rate as compared to paying for each additional mile after returning the rental.

How does the security check work?

The renter must approve and consent to a background check in order for the vehicle to be picked up.
